1. Returns
- Our marble tables are handcrafted and made to order, so we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged upon delivery.
- You must report any damage within 48 hours of receiving the table, with clear photos.
2. Refunds
- If your order is damaged or incorrect, we offer partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days after validation.
3. No Returns for Custom Orders
- Custom-size or color tables cannot be returned or refunded, except in case of damage.
4. Shipping Responsibility
- Return shipping (if accepted) is at the buyer’s expense unless the product is defective.
